Finding Meaning in Life with 45 Essential Verses of Gita by Neema Majmudar

The Bhagavad is one of the world’s oldest and most influential spiritual texts. The teaching contains two main topics: Brahmavidya- An inquiry into the fundamental questions such as the true nature of I, the universe, and its cause. Yogashastra includes values, attitudes, and orientations needed to evolve into a wise person. The 2 day session would present the intricate teachings of the Gita through 45 verses selected from across the book. The sessions would cover Gita’s logic and brilliance succinctly without compromising its profundity.
